Building on the collaboration that began in 2006, Dr. Matuba Filipe, Dr. Palmira Kuatoko, Dr. Tuula Pelkonen, and Dr. Reimer established the foundations for inventing a specialized pipette designed for the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media. This innovative project stems from Rotarian cooperation initiatives in 2013, 2017, and 2024.
Becoming affiliated with SWECARE and its extensive network will significantly advance our mission. Our goal is to ensure that the EarClean pipette is available as a free medical device for those in need, particularly for individuals who are unable to consult an otology specialist.
The concept of creating a bellow pipette was inspired by the understanding that, in the absence of a medical professional to clean the ear, a plastic pipette might serve as a useful alternative. We believe that our invention holds significant potential for preventing chronic ear infections that could otherwise result in permanent hearing loss and serious complications, including meningitis and death. In 2023, ReiBeck Innovation AB was established to design, manufacture, and promote a pipette currently referred to as The EarClean bellow pipette.
On April 24th, we will host a workshop to secure funding for the implementation of the effective EarClean Vinegar method in primary care. akereimer@gmail.com or call +46708943268

Based on more than 40 years of experience as an audiologist, otologist and ear surgeon, I am trying to make a simple medical device, the
EarClean bellows pipette, available where it is needed and can be of great importance in preventing complications of the most common ear infection in children in low-income countries, chronic suppurative otitis media.
Providing specialized support related to Otology and Audiology, we are collaboratively developing a comprehensive treatment plan for Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media (CSOM) with dra Palmira Kuatoko and her team of ENT specialists.
